disorganized breakfast canned peaches
The breakfast service felt disorganized. Guests often waited for staff. The advertised fresh fruit salad turned out to be canned peaches. These small things did detract from the stay.

helpful staff convenient location proper eggs
the staff were very friendly and helpful. i especially thank jithin from kerala for making me feel at home. breakfast included proper fried eggs, not just scrambled ones, although that choice was also there. the location was convenient for getting to the rail station and bus stops.
the air conditioning units looked old, and the output alternated between cool and lukewarm air. this did not adequately heat the room.

the receptionist, azhar, greeted me warmly, directing me to the breakfast area. another staff member was always willing to assist and demonstrated good conduct. i felt welcomed and supported by the team.

the room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. there were many coffee packets available plus capsules for the coffee press machine. complimentary toiletries, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shaving kit, were provided. there is an iron and ironing board in the room.

Excellent stay, great location

good selection convenient access friendly staff
My stay lasted three nights. The location provides convenient access to the beach, gardens, and the town centre. I estimate about a 10-15 minute walk. The breakfast offered a very good selection of hot food, pastries, fruit, and meats. I found the staff friendly and helpful .
The parking spaces were a bit tight. It's worth considering if you are driving a larger vehicle.

The hotel provides bus services. I noticed the bus stop is directly outside. The air conditioning worked well in my room. A gym is available. It is compact. One lift remained out of service .
